Artificial intelligence is literally changing the world of work and beyond. Applied in various fields, it also takes hold in the graphic arts and printing sector. Several companies have already adopted AI to facilitate the customer in the world of graphic work. For example, for several years Xerox has been developing technologies for their printers capable of automatically organizing the work flow, optimizing print layouts to reduce production costs, both in terms of unnecessary waste of paper and time, making the operator's work much smarter. Some software can even predict the need for intervention before the printing press breaks down.
