What happens to your order?
Once you have placed your order, your item is selected from the warehouse and customized in our graphic laboratory.
If you haven't received the email with the order confirmation, don't be alarmed, also check your spam box carefully.
Once the customization procedure has been completed, the item (particular items require a few more days for printing or engraving) is entrusted to the GLS courier who will deliver the package within 2/3 working days.
Shipment tracking is activated within 48 hours of departure.
In the case of some products in particular, where customization technically requires more time (place cards or engraved objects) the delivery date will be delayed by approximately a week, the (approximate) delivery times in any case are shown under each product page.
